Summer Concert with cheese and wine at Linton

Event Details

The Hartlip Singers who received a standing ovation at Holy Trinity, Coxheath in December will be coming to Linton for a summer evening concert on Sunday 30th June at 6pm.

These talented singers come from all walks of musical life, ranging from Rochester Cathedral, the BBC Chorus, and Amateur Operatics, including our own Nancy Litton (Clinton’s wife).

Nancy tells us ”The Hartlip Singers was formed over 12 years ago with the aim of raising money for the Friends of Hartlip Church, near Sittingbourne, Kent (hence the name!). In addition to the annual Hartlip fund-raising concert, they are now regularly asked to perform at charity concerts throughout the SouthEast. They sing an eclectic mix of music ranging from classical to show songs, folk and pop. Each concert contains full choir items and solos, most of which are accompanied on piano or organ.”
